With last year’s heating season behind us, it is time to prepare for this year’s.

By taking advantage of these services early you will enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your heating equipment is properly maintained.

Depending upon your equipment we will:

ü      Remove, clean and inspect main burners.

ü      Clean/inspect the pilot burner/ignition system.

ü      Inspect the vent system for obstruction & deterioration.

ü      Clean & lubricate blower assembly/circulator assembly.

ü      Inspect & test the safety lockout system.

ü      Perform a gas appliance system check & inspection with insurance underwriters guidelines.

ü      A written condition report for your heating equipment & gas system as a whole.

all of these services shall be done for just $88.50
